Thursday: Half Hour Home Flow

Half hour home flow is a 30 minute practice structure that Niv Patel and I came up with during quarantine. It’s a really great way to jump start your morning. The structure of the class is as follows:
5 minute: meditation
22 minutes: movement (sun salutations included)
3 minutes: shavasana + close
